A distinguished film educator and practitioner, Nnenna Eucharia MBA has dedicated over two decades to transforming Nigeria's film industry through education at the National Film Institute, Jos. With qualifications from University of Port Harcourt, University of Jos and international training from Germany's Goethe Institute, she progressed from Resource Person (1999) to Acting Rector (2024). She has coordinated numerous workshops, supervised 200+ student projects, published research papers on Nigerian cinema, her scholarly contributions include publications on women's representation in Nigerian cinema and makeup principles. Her multifaceted career encompasses academic leadership, film production, curriculum development, and student mentorship. Notable productions include directing "Naome" (2023) and “Salome” (2019) "You Can Change Their Lives" (2018) and producing "Inspector and the Hero" (1999) With international training credentials and decades of workshop coordination, she has mentored hundreds of filmmakers while earning recognition as an Icon of Education and Five-Star Aluta General for exceptional service to Nigerian film industry development, other prestigious awards include recent NANS recognition for educational excellence, leadership in film education and human development in Nigeria.
